Q: My school/college has a tour booking in Term 1. Is it cancelled?

Q: I would like to reschedule, when are you recommencing the City After Dark Tours?
A: We are hopeful that the City After Dark tours will resume during Term 2. However, this will be subject to advice from WA Government. To reschedule, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: I have a booking in Term 2, will this be affected?
A: At this point in time, we are hopeful that the majority of bookings for Term 2 will not be affected. However this is subject to advice from WA Government. All bookings can be rescheduled without penalties.
Q: Can I make a booking for later in the year?
A: We are still taking bookings for the rest of 2020. We highly recommend you book as soon as possible as we expect our services to be in high demand when the school/college environment returns to normal. To book please email email@example.com
Q: There is no way for me to reschedule, can I access a refund?

Q: Can you offer any alternatives to an excursion?
A: The Foundation has a wide range of digital resources. Each of our excursions comes with a Teacher Resource Kit, which is complete with multiple complete lesson plans that cover the topic, and align with WA curriculum.
